Beginning as an associate editor during the early 1980s, Keith Waltz’s byline has appeared in SPEED SPORT for more than 40 years.

HARRISBURG, N.C. — Kyle Larson is a once-in-a-generation talent and on Sunday, May 26, the 31-year-old father of three from Elk Grove, Calif., is scheduled to compete in the 108th running of the Indianapolis 500.

In fact, Larson is slated to do the Indy 500/Coca-Cola 600 double that day. Since he’s already won NASCAR’s longest race, I’m more excited about “Yung Money” possibly becoming the first Knoxville Nationals winner (2021 and ’23) to top The Greatest Spectacle in Racing.
