The Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series showed just how competitive it has become July 13 at Route 66 Raceway.
Not only did first place in the point standings change for the 10th time this year, each of the top six drivers switched positions.

Mark Kinser won his third-straight feature to pass Danny Lasoski for the points lead, while Craig Dollansky moved ahead of defending and 16-time Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series champion Steve Kinser. Marck Kinser, who won series championships in 1996 and 1999, passed Lasoski for the lead on lap six and led the final 24 laps for his 12th victory this season.
